Learn About Aaron Febbi
Aaron started his career within the fitness industry in 2015 while attending classes at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where Aaron earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. Starting as a Regional Exercise Specialist for a corporate fitness company, Aaron immediately hit the ground running with personal training sessions, and teaching various types of group fitness classes at 25+ client sites across Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Wanting to become a better personal trainer he continued his education within the field and became a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) which is the gold standard of training in the industry. Craving more, Aaron diversified himself by becoming Functional Movement Screen Level 1 & 2 certified, a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist to assist people outside the walls of a fitness center or gym. After all, it’s the 23 hours you aren’t in the gym that have the most significant impact on your health. To this day, Aaron still works full time for the same company as a Site Leader, where he provides fitness coaching, directs a team of group fitness instructors, offers ergonomic assessments and implements global wellness programming with the help of his team on a regular basis.
Showing individuals that they can do anything if they put their mind to it is what keeps Aaron going. There is no “you can’t do this” with Aaron’s training philosophy. There is only “you will and you can”. Pushing individuals out of their comfort zone is what makes Aaron a successful trainer and is the reason why his clients come back for more. Getting out of your comfort zone and pushing yourself physically and mentally is the only way you’ll be able to grow and achieve your goals. Aaron is ready to help you take that next step.
Aaron resides in a smaller town in Massachusetts where he lives with his wife April and dog, Nemo. After starting this business on top of his full time job, when Aaron is not meeting with clients, you can find him cooking in the kitchen, getting in a hike (no matter the season) or doing some traveling across the world. With his high energy level, you won’t catch him sitting still for too long!
